[ BUZZ ]

Hosted

Install into the CLI
Buzz is running.

Buzz hosts agents through buzz-acp. It is not a Memory Crystal install target. Point the installer at Claude Code, Codex, Grok Build, or whichever CLI that session actually is. Memory Crystal then follows that CLI's Support Tier.

[ WHAT WORKS TODAY ]

Lookups against memory you already stored still work. Once Memory Crystal is installed in the CLI Buzz launched, that agent can call crystal_recall and the rest of the Explicit Tool Surface.

Automatic capture and recall depend on the hosted CLI, not on Buzz. Grok Build is Capture tier: recall stays a deliberate tool call because that harness cannot inject hook output into context.

[ WHAT IS NOT AVAILABLE ]

Channel memory is not available.

Buzz cannot yet issue a read-only, single-channel, expiring key. Until it can, Memory Crystal does not capture Buzz channels and does not isolate one channel from another. Do not treat a Buzz room as a private memory boundary. That boundary is not enforced.

[ INSTALL ]

Run the universal installer on the machine, then accept the CLI Buzz is using. Or pass that CLI's --targets id. There is no --targets buzz.
